1. 7-Day Return Policy
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Personal care, hygiene, or innerwear items.
- Digital or downloadable products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@suvikart.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will verify the request and guide you through the pickup or shipping process.
Note: Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of COD orders, refund will be processed to your preferred bank account or wallet.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us support@suvikart.com immediately at with images of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible; you may initiate a return after delivery.
